I am the chairperson of the CSR committee and member of several committees at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital (DSFH). I presented and published several lectures related to dental implantology, CSR and TQM nationally and internationally. Implementing and monitoring a CSR strategy and related policy and the publication of the first CSR report for DSFH based on the GRI guidelines in 2008. Under my leadership and with the help of the CSR team, DSFH was the first to publish CSR report in the healthcare sector in the MENA region in 2008 and the first to publish an externally verified report in 2010 in Saudi Arabia. In 2011, DSFH published the first A+ CSR report worldwide and the first to publish a combined report (GRI/COP) in 2012. It is worth mentioning that I was the editor of the last two reports. I am the co-author of the “Good Hospital Guide” which is considered the first sustainability guide directed to the healthcare sector worldwide and the author of the “Communication Strategy in the CSR context” and other online publications that can accessed from my website www.drtehemar.com.
