In an attempt to empower its CSR activities, Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital (DSFH) became an Organizational Stakeholder for both the Global Reporting Initiatives and the United Nations Global Compact. Dr. Mazen Fakeeh, the Director General of DSFH mentioned “We express our commitment to support the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact and to drive those principles within our sphere of influence.” Dr. Sherif Tehemar, the CSR Chairman added “We are intended to take all the necessary measure within our capacity in making the Global Compact and its principles part of our strategy, culture and daily practice and we will ensure our engagement in collaborative projects which advance the broader development goals of the United Nations, particularly the Millennium Development Goals.  Within the same context, it is worth mentioning that DSFH is a registered Organizational Stakeholder of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and support the mission of the GRI to develop globally accepted sustainability reporting guidelines through a global, multi-stakeholder process.
