Based in Dubai with a possibility of travelling across the region, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of sustainability/environment projects within GCC. Reporting to the Senior Environment & Sustainability Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating and contributing towards building and planning sustainability assessments for master plans, based on internal tools and external standards like Estidama, LEED or QSAS. You will oversee proposals and bids and present the work to clients and interdisciplinary project teams. You will also produce all reports and internal correspondences. Being independent is crucial as you will need to work directly with clients and other professionals with minimal supervision. Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a degree in environmental science,mechanical engineering or must be qualified in sustainability or other related field. To be considered for the role you must be certified as a green building professional (ESTIDAMA,QSAS or LEED) along with a minimum of 5 years consulting experience in the Middle East. You will be fluent in English (both written and verbal), Arabic language skills are a plus. You should be able to travel primarily within GCC. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in energy / microclimate modelling skills. You will have a proven track record in managing work independently with minimum supervision.
