Description

• Conduct effective activities and volunteerism planning and execution to meet the QCF requirements 
• Devise a detailed activities and volunteerism management critical path for QCF in order to clarify and determine to all QCF team members all tasks and deadlines involved in the plan 
• Implement meticulously the critical path’s tasks to ensure an appropriate and systematic delivery of the event 
• Provide clear activities and volunteerism services guidance to other team members whenever needed to help them perform their responsibilities in a sound manner 
• Supervise the activities services suppliers’ work to ensure the outcome meets the intended quality 
• Supervise, train and appraise the subordinates to assist them maintain a steady career development path 
• Coordinate closely with the Director to make sure he is aware and briefed about all developments which would enable him to make sound decisions

Responsibilities

• B.A. / B.S. or higher degree in PR / Event Management / Business Administration / Equivalent 
• 5 years and above of experience in a similar role 
• Previous exposure to highly demanding administrative tasks in a leading company 
• Excellent MS Office and communication skills 
• Very good English Language skills (spoken and written) 
• Great ability to deal with and work under pressure
