Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Liaising with the press, monitoring media coverage, assembling PR analysis reports and media kits
  • Assisting in the company's press center and maintaining/updating company information, website, media contact databases and editorial calendars, social media updates, sponsorships
  • Coordinating between HO, Hubs and Outstations; obtaining briefs and following up on PR plans implementation and results
  • Coordination and follow up with all external PR firms; mainly in  in GCC, EU, Morocco and India
  • Assisting in all press FAM trips, company conferences and industry events as well as filming and photo-shoots
  • Responsible for coordinating all CSR updates, in particular Charity Cloud Project in terms of record and communication
  • Internal Communications: Responsible for updating company newsletter (snl), as well as management conferences and staff events

QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING

 

  • Educated to High School level.
  • Two years work experience with at least one year in a similar job function.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic is a must have
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite.
