Our client, a global computer literacy foundation, is currently seeking to recruit a Marketing and CSR Coordinator to be based in their office in Dubai.As a Marketing and CSR Coordinator you will be responsible to assist the Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns that support the business, through effective coordination with company departments, agencies and suppliers.Lead the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by forming new and maintaining existing partnerships with supporters from the private, semi-government and government sectors.Marketing role - Support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally- Take responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing Manager- Work with the in-house design team to coordinate production of impactful marketing material within the brand guidelines- Support Marketing Manager in maintaining the Events Calendar and delivering on planned activities- Report on campaigns to ensure effective departmental communications- Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager relevant to current project- Assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specifics objectives and targets as agreed- Manage and maintain positive relationships with venue staff, media partners and marketing vendors- Supply sufficient information to the marketing Manager to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity - Take responsibility for specific campaigns as agreed with the Marketing Manager i.e. venue specific campaigns and marketing and promotional events- Demonstrate care and responsibility in the quality and timeliness of deliverables.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) role - Identify opportunities to develop community partnerships as well as other key corporate citizens within the region- Approach and engage stakeholders to sponsor digital awareness initiatives that are advocated by our organization- Liaise between the organization, community partners and stakeholders and oversee all implementations of various CSR base initiatives with direct involvement in project delivery.

Skills

The ideal candidate should hold a University Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field and have 3 to 4 years of salesmarketing experience, preferably in the IT sector. Experience working on CSR initiatives is a plus.- You are goal oriented, showing energy and drive to achieve results of the highest standard- You have strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written- You are able to build a rapport with partners and have a high level of attention to detail- You have experience in event and project planning as well as PR activities- You have strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements- You have the ability to handle multiple tasks and work with tight deadlines.This function would suit an outgoing personality willing to network and present in front of organizations and partners.
