Maersk Oil Qatar AS is the leading oil producer offshore Qatar and a recognized pioneer in oil development and production techniques.
On the basis of an Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement (EPSA) signed in 1992 with Qatar Petroleum, Maersk Oil Qatar (MOQ) is the sole operator of the Al Shaheen field.
The current oil production from the Al Shaheen field is approximately 330,000 barrels per day from nine different locations and is exported via two main offshore facilities.

Define and deliver Maersk Oil Qatar’s significant CSR programme
Key Accountabilities
Key Activities
- Working with the CSR manager, clearly define the MOQ CSR programme
- Working with the CSR manager, oversee implementation of the MOQ CSR programme (develop detailed project proposals, seek management approval of plans and associated budgets, plan project execution, identify project KPI’s, manage relationships with external stakeholders and contractors)
- Working with the CSR manager, capture CSR learning’s and share with MO group
- Working with the CSR manager, document and promote CSR achievements. Raise visibility of MOQ in Qatar.
