ISLAND FALCON TECHNICAL SERVICES & MEDICAL SUPPLIES
Supervise, directs and control the social responsibility activities within the organization including developing a comprehensive CSR Program. Creates awareness of CSR activities of the company externally & internally (stakeholders, shareholders contractors & suppliers, public awareness. Etc) Encourage employees to participate in CSR initiatives. Build the company CSR competency and capability to manage it from identification to full integration of CSR initiatives and embedding of CSR principals into the decision making process and support of the company mission.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Carries out appraisals, assessments and comprehensive critical surveys on the status of the company activities current impact on stakeholders, environment and community identifying negative impacts. Reviews the implementation company vision, mission, values an HSE etc. and their implicit, alignment and commitment to CSR making sure that the company culture embraces CSR philosophy and works toward integrity it in the company activities. Establish relation with community organization that share the same CSR Objectives as ADMA-OPCO support. Develop ADMA own statement of corporate social responsibilitycapturing the company vision, mission and values and HSE. Studies, plans and prepare the frequent update of the presentation on CSR strategy within the organization. Identifies CSR issues and builds the company competency and key roles in delivering responsible company behavior, value and practices. Through ADNOC sustainability annual report the strategic of collaboration plan between ADNOC group of companies and the local community may be required to enhance the CSR activities. Promotes awareness of corporate responsibility within the organization by involving employees ensuring both the management and workforce are informed, involved, and understand the reasons and importance of CSR. Identifies proactive and corrective CSR initiatives and the resources required to implement them. Develops CSR programs aiming towards protecting our environment resources in collaboration with HSEQAD. Coordinates with external parties in arranging social and cultural activities to promote the corporate image of the organization. Generate and promote ideas aimed at creating in the company CSR activities. Coordinate community outreach initiatives to ensure a cohesive image is presented to the community and stakeholders. Arrange and coordinate speaking engagement for senior corporate executives including industry panels and conferences. Prepare all support materials. May accompany senior executives relate to CSR. Sets in place continuous learning in order for the company to refine adherence and reach the level to be audited, assessed and recognized by regional or world class bodies. Plans & maintenance information and publicity campaign for the CSR activities. Establishes CSR KPIs with CPLD and each division so that they can participate on any CSR event related to ADMA. Create proposal with budget & strategic plan for management that are proactive and innovative in increasing ADMA service quality standards and maximize positive passenger experience. Maintenance CSR strategy in the company. Supervise and follow up the company contribution and sponsorship towards the local community.
-COMMUNICATION & ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONS: -
Develops a comprehensive database of past, present & future CSR activities report to communicate it to the local media and to highlight achievements. Projects management skills, including the ability to coordinate the work of others. Helps in projecting image of the company in the eyes of the relevant stakeholders, shareholders, contractors, suppliers and community etc.
Skills
-Bachelor Degree in Media social or equivalent
-Minimum 5-6 years experience in media or general administration preferably involving media social in large oil & gas industrial organizations. excellent communication skills.
-Very Good Knowledge of English & Arabic language.

(Ruwais) and Technip/GASCO (ASAB 3); whereby, we are currently managing their medical facility and mobilizing a medical team with ambulances, at their Sites and Camps. We will soon be assisting M/s Petrofac to mobilize a medical team and manage their medical unit, under our sponsorship, for their projects in the UAE.
Technical Services
Island Falcon Technical Services provides professionals to some of the entities within the ADNOC Group of companies. Our Engineers, Production Supervisors, Sr. Electrical Mechanical and Instrumentation Supervisors, Scaffolding Supervisors, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians, Process Plant & WHPT Operators are manned; mostly offshore on various platforms, including land based personnel, at ADNOC Distribution, ADMA - OPCO and ZADCO.
