Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Consultant- International consultancy firm - There are a small number of these positions available and the successful candidates can be based in either (Dubai or Abu Dhabi). $156,000.00 USD + 30% performance-related bonus. This is a unique opportunity for a talented social responsibility specialist to establish a sustainable career within a leading international consultancy firm at partnership level.
Our client is an established international consultancy firm which is actively looking to appoint a small number of professional Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Consultants based in any one of the cities listed above. The position will require travel nationally. This vacancy includes a secure fixed term five-year employment contractual agreement and as such the salary offered is calculated under the partnership code. This position also includes a first rate healthcare, travel, accommodation and pension and package. The position also provides the candidate with continuous specialist training and self development opportunities.
The position will require the development and implementation of (CSR) business strategy plans for individual clients within the banking, financial service, FMCG, consumer product, information technology, internet, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, leisure, travel, pharmaceutical and public sector industries who are established within the specified location, but have a requirement to integrate positively within the local communities in which they operate. The successful candidates will be responsible for facilitating professional internal teams of multi-departmental managers who will be allocated by each individual client company and should have experience in social responsibility, communications, public relations, image management, negotiations and change management.
Desired Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have either a business or social responsibility-related degree and preferably (CSR)-related professional or consulting qualifications. They will also have experience either as a (CSR) or business management consultant or as a successful (CSR) manager. Our client is looking for specific service skills and experience here which relate to one of the core competences which are referred to above. They are also looking for an industry and geographical specialist rather than generalist. The candidates should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
