About this position:

The Middle East represents a key growth area for AccountAbility—our presence in the area has grown significantly over recent years, and we have a strong outlook for continued expansion. We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team.

The Associate will take on important roles in existing projects in Saudi Arabia while also assisting in the development of new business opportunities in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of day-to-day Advisory Services project work—this includes client communication, project management and execution, business development, and internal collaboration
  • Lead the development of client deliverables and presentations with an uncompromising focus on high quality and thought leadership
  •  Seek out opportunities to pitch new projects to existing and prospective clients
  •  Research and build deep familiarity with CR issues specific to the Middle East and its key industries
  • Manage relashionships with clients and other CR practitioners
  • Work with the global AccountAbility team to refine, manage and deliver robust products and highest-quality service.

Skills and Qualifications:

Successful candidates for this position will be dynamic and engaged professionals who enjoy the challenge of working within a growing team. You will be extremely client-focused with a stellar track record in managing client relationships, able to work individually and as part of a team, and be a problem solver. In addition, you will have:

  • Experience in a client service role (such as management consulting) or in a CR-focused role in a company or consultancy
  • Passion for CR and interest in a CR career path
  • Understanding of key CR issues and related trends in corporate management
  • Familiarity with the Middle East and its particular socioeconomic and business challenges
  • Experience working on complex, high-budget projects, tracking progress against goals and budgets under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships for collaborative efforts
  • Flexibility—not only in being responsive to client demands, but being open to new ideas, perspectives, arguments, and ways of working
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, specifically pertaining to written correspondence, public speaking, meeting facilitation, and presentations. Proficiency in written and spoken English (required) and Arabic (preferred)
  • Ability to influence and interact effectively with multiple levels of organizational seniority
