Dear Sir / Madam A Warm greeting to you, as I am Sandheep did B.Com, MSW in Sacred Heart College. When I was doing my MSW I was selected by the Campus interview as a Branch Manager in HAND IN HAND INDIA which work for Women Self-help group, here I have done Key Result Area (KRA),Managing Information System (MIS), Administration, Coordinating the Credit officers as well Members and conducting Empowerment Programme, Skill training and etc. after ten months I shifted my career into the education sector as a Outreach Coordinator in LOYOLA COLLEGE, here I have handled nearly 1300 rural school going students. Giving exposure about the life skills education, create opportunity to utilize their potential, conducting seminars, Rally, Sport and cultural meet among rural students, career guidance for the final year students of Loyola college and I have covered 17 rural villages around the college. Due to family migration I shifted my career in Chennai as a Programme facilitator in SEESHA and I took in charge for child and youth development in all over India. In India Seesha have 47 tuition centers and vocational training centers. I have coordinate those centers conducting training and development programme. Due to closing of contract I joined as a Co Ordinator in DON BOSCO ANBU ILLAM, its central government project called CHILD LINE 1098. This work for the child protection from the Abuse, Child marriage, Child labor and Street children (run away & missing) Now I am working as a Programme Manager in Mentor Together from Sep 2014 onwards, it’s mainly for taking projects from corporate and doing an activities. It is mainly for Training and development for the next generations (Youth Development). I am having very much eager to learn so many differences zonal of knowledge.

CSR Interest & Background

my past above four years experience indicates that fully in community based so i am comfortable and very strong in community based activities. In NGO they are taking a part of development with limited period. but CSR it gives lot and lot exposure and freedom of work efficiency.
