CSR Interest & Background
I firmly believe that physical intervention accompanied with profound research, is the ultimate way to cater for the needs of a specific underprivileged area. For the long-term viability of any enterprise, viable corporate culture is needed; a culture that is as firmly linked with its “internal” human force as well as with its “external” atmosphere.Following this trajectory, my ultimate goal behind pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management is to acquire the hands on skills that will prepare me to pursue my work in “Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)” for both MNCs and SMEs.I am highly interested in understanding what thrives the “Human Capital” inside an organization to initiate change, and how their skills can be channeled to help create a better society that lives with the values that it preaches. I am currently writing my thesis on CSR as partial fulfillment for my master's degree.
