I have Master in Social Sciences (M.A in Population Education and Rural Development) with 8 years and 3 months of extensive experience in the field of social sector development, social impact assessment, rehabilitation and resettlement, indigenous people’s development, gender development and participatory rural appraisal.The functional area of specialization includes Community / Stakeholders’ Consultation, Social Impact Assessment (SIA) at both Rural and Urban levels, Sectoral Social Assessment, Socio/Economic Planning, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Poverty Impact Assessment HIV/AIDS, Education and Health sector. This includes carrying out Rapid Assessment Survey, Socio-Economic Baseline studies, Identification of Project Affected Persons (PAPs), Public Consultation / Focal Group Interviews, Gender and Indigenous Peoples’ Studies, preparation of Resettlement & Rehabilitation Policies, Entitlement Framework, Grievances mechanism, , Identification of Alternative Resettlement sites (wherever possible), Monitoring and Evaluation strategies and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Budget. .
