Professional Background

My experience includes several years of experience in the field of corporate social responsibility and Human resources in regional organizations. Responsible for strategic planning and analysis, I have played a major role in developing CSR guidelines and polices, in addition to Directing and developing the regional Operation’s CSR activities and policies to ensure a strong and well positioned CSR approach and to identify and implement effective and sustainable CSR themes and projects. I have been Responsible as well of Internal CSR which entails working closely with HR in all regional operations and ensuring that HR practices and objectives provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, diversity, and goal attainment. My responsibilities included as well evaluating the key components of HR and ensuring fair practices and providing the best HR services to the employees in accordance to the highest standards. I have had the chance to work with the Egyptian food bank as a fundraising volunteer, where I have been responsible for conducting fundraising for the Egyptian community that are living in Jordan. I have contributed substantially in increasing the awareness of the mission of the food bank and accordingly contributing in increasing percentage of donation to the food bank. I Hold a Bachelors’ degree in Sociology & a Masters degree in Business Administration and Human Resources
