I had been working experience with International NGOs since 2006.I joined the Master in Development Management Program in AIM in January 2014 to enhance my professionals skills. My areas of expertise are Community base project management, partnership with different stakeholders, funding to local community base organizations, coordination and capacity building of staff and partners at different level. My masters degree would be completed in December 2014.
