Professional experience of more than six years in ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’, ‘Sustainability’ and ‘Corporate Planning’ function in both corporate and public sector. Posses’ excellent knowledge of liaison with Government functionaries’, trade and commerce bodies to advocate critical business growth areas. Gained experience on compliance and Standard Operating practices for certification like ISO 26000, GRI Reporting, BIS and Greenpeace ratings. Worked extensively on qualitative research, social audits and conversant on usage of statistical tools for research and scoping studies. Posses hands on experience of facilitating Trainings, development of training material, co-ordination of affirmative action initiatives of organization alongside the coordination of work force diversity and inclusion practices from last year and half.
