CSR Interest & Background
1.Initiated and lead the CSR function in the Middle East for a former company I was working for - Becton, Dickinson & Company (BD). 2.Managed a team in BD to support "Earth Day". I, along with my team, presented on this topic and took charge of an activity to recycle used clothes around the office. 3.During my tenure at BD, I was given a special recognition award from the ME Leadership Team for my CSR work. 4.I have been actively involved with Dubai Center for Special Needs (DCSN) since 2011 (I host an annual event to raise funds for the school and volunteer continuously as well). Furthermore, I was awarded a DCSN trophy last year in their annual award ceremony, in recognition of my dedication to the school. 5.Other than BD, I have introduced a number of corporations to DCSN such as WSP, Grand Stores, Chalhoub Group, The Gramercy, and Bubbles & Boba.
