Professional Background
Currently working as the manager of the Program Support Unit at the Center for Development Services, I have more than eight (8) years of experience in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessment of development projects and programs. I have experience in qualitative, quantitative and economic research. I have worked on proposal and report writing in various development areas and more specifically gender and youth. I provide on-going technical and problem-solving assistance to different program units at the organization. I promote and publicize the overall development programs offered by CDS. I received technical and soft skills training throughout my career.
CSR Interest & Background
I have been working with Vodafone Foundation to support in implementing its CSR and development project since 2012. CDS also developed P&G CSR guide, works with Barclays Bank as well as CIB foundation in its CSR projects.
