I'm managing the Business Development Unit at INJAZ (Jordan), which handles partnerships, fundraising, organization Quality Management System, M&E, KPIs system and special projects. In addition to Developing and implementing growth and sustainability plan, through retaining existing board members and recruiting active new board members, preparing and following-up on funding proposals, and maintain positive relationships with, and expanding the network of INJAZ donors and partners.
