    Professional Background

    I have done Post Graduate in Rural Mgt. from XISS, Ranchi and have 15 years of working in CSR Cells of Corporations (Sesa Goa Ltd, Vedanta Gp Company; Maithon Power Ltd. Tata Power, and SRF Ltd.). Possess strong experience of working both in Green Field & Brown Field projects of companies including working internationally, executing community development projects and land acquisition and Resettlement & Rehabilitation Projects through liasioning with Government & other stakeholders. Working with different companies has provided me a superior exposure and understanding of implementing national & international CSR best practices to include ISO standards, sustainability standards, environment standards, etc. I have demonstrated effectively in heading CSR Department spearheading Teams including the supervision of administration and finance. I have successfully designed and rolled out different CSR projects including the one focusing Employee engagement to meet Company’s philosophy. My focus in driving CSR Projects in Companies have primarily revolved around meeting the Sustainability parameters with respect to economic, social and environmental and align with Companies Business/Profit motives. I have an added advantage of working in development sector for first 5 years of my career in INGO & Project funded by International Agencies, i.e. DFID, USAID, OXFAM, STC, FICCI CARE, etc. and this has been very much effective for me in identifying the right and best NGO partner to drive the project and has provided me cross-sectoral experience of working style of both corporate as well as development sector. Humbly would like to conclude that I have extensively performed different project functions over these working years including mobilizing funds and matching grants to reduce funding pressure on companies and NGOs I’ve worked with and holds systematic and widespread understanding of the same.
