An Electrical & Electronics Engineer / PGDM - Rural Management Professional joined under in - campus placement Larsen & Toubro Finance ( NBFC ), Micro finance division under Retail Finance Group from 28th May , 2012 as Senior Executive [ E - 1 ],Business Development ( Branch ) controlling & managing 2 - 3 Junior executive and approx 10 - 12 Front end Field Officers for micro finance business under Joint Liability Group Model to the urban / rural women for expansion of their Income Generation Activities. I am dynamic ,flexible & persuasive in nature. As far as my goals are concerned, I would like to see me at a pioneer position in Priority Sector / Corporate Social Responsibility adding values for boosting Income Generation Activitites of the urban /rural people.
