Professional Background

I am a Marketing and Communication professional with over 8 years of experience. As a media and communications professional, my experience in working with a multitude of client requirements has helped me understand diverse perspectives, and has given me the opportunities to connect with Government, non-government, corporate houses and other media houses. Owing to my passion for developmental work and my work experience in NGO and, I do have a fair understanding of nuances of CSR. To pursue my passion and get a head start in CSR I have enrolled for the Certificate Course in CSR by IICA - Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Also, I am a GRI 4 certified with in-depth knowledge in sustainability reporting. In CSR - I am familiar with policy formation, budgeting, project conceptualization and implementation, reporting and communication. I have been working on a project with Chennai Petroleum Corporation (CPCL) with the CSR section. Policy reframing and connecting with potential implementation partners are my key responsibility area.
