Research Assistant in the CSR field:
•Conduct specific research in the Corporate Social Responsibility area entailing reading, summarizing, and writing reports and publications around the topic.
•Prepare the newly introduced CSR course material and presentations pertaining to various topics.
Holder of a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Thesis Topic: Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility in the Lebanese Context.
Description: The research aimed at studying the business case for corporate social responsibility and at examining the link between strategic CSR and an organization’s resources and capabilities. In order to add value to the paper, several frameworks developed on the topic had been reviewed and integrated in one innovative model that addresses the strategic analysis of CSR in organizational practice from a dynamic capabilities approach. The research was complemented with an empirical study that capitalized on semi- structured in-depth interviews with three multinational organizations that are actively engaged in CSR in Lebanon.
