Roles and Responsibilities: • Envisioning organizational Vision and Mission. • Implementation of strategic goals and objectives of the organization. • Lead and direct towards the achievement of the Organization Mission, Strategy, monthly and annual goals and objectives. • Design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of products and services. • Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the Organization. • Talent Management.
