    Work Experience: Assistant Project Leader – S M Sehgal Foundation, Gurgaon, Haryana Sept. 2014 – Present • Lead a team of eight members for CSR project of Coca-Cola Foundation “Water management for sustainable livelihood development and food security of rural community in Alwar district” • Planned and monitored the construction related work to manage rain and domestic water which includes check dams, anicuts, nallah bunds, well platforms, ponds, soak wells & soak pits • Supervised the field team in community mobilization • Documented & wrote monthly and interim progress reports for the project Project Coordinator – Sir Syed Trust (SST), Alwar, Rajasthan Sept. 2013 - Sept. 2014 • Coordinated a team of seven members for a CSR project “Integrated Natural Resources Management to Enhance Livelihoods of Poor and Sustainable Environment Conservation funded by SRF Ltd. • Supervised the team to mobilize poor women into SHGs, implement the land development work to enhance its productivity and construction of earthen dam to harvest rain water for ground water recharge. • Imparted trainings on leadership, roles & responsibilities of members for capacity building and strengthening of community based institutions, • Wrote monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the project • Performed role of human resource manager to look after employees personal dossiers, performance appraisal and documentation related to employees for the organization • Assisted in writing of two project proposals and two concept notes to raise external project funds • Created training material for illiterate women of self help groups and ‘krishisakhis’ Project Executive – Sir Syed Trust (SST), Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh July 2012 - Aug 2013 • Performed the role of project coordinator and lead a team of nine members for the project of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT) “Enhancing Livelihoods of rural poor (especially women farmers) by introducing improved agriculture practices in Faizabad” • Formed a block level Self Help Groups’ federation of sixty SHGs in Faizabad, UP • Imparted capacity building trainings to community based institutions such as self help groups, SHG clusters and kisan clubs Imparted trainings on improved agriculture methods (system of rice & wheat intensification) to farmers & community resource persons to increase agriculture productivity • Managed and expedite the project fund sum of Rs. Thirty lakhs • Liaison with govt. and non govt. stakeholders for the project
