Professional Background
I am holding a Masters Degree in Project Management and possessing more than fifteen years of experience in this field with the leading NGOs in Pakistan and corporate sector in UAE. I have in-depth knowledge and sufficient hands-on experience on project planning, execution, grassroots level coordination and monitoring and reporting. While working in development sector, I also gathered sufficient knowledge on national and international NGOs. I have successfully planned and executed donor funded projects, and built strong teams within a short span of time. Development and successful implementation of Employee Orientation Module, Performance Management Process, and Disciplinary Action, lesion with donor, donor presentations and reporting are the key high lights of the achievements. I feel privilege to share that I have been declared as the best employee four times during my career.
