CSR Interest & Background

On with my experience and understanding CSR is a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. CSR policy functions as a built-in, self-regulating mechanism whereby a business monitors and ensures its active compliance with the spirit of the law, ethical standards, and international norms. Currently employed as Programme Executive for the project YiLead (CSR Program), Sri Siddhantha Foundation, Chennai, India from July 1st 2013 till April 1st 2014.
