Professional Background
Currently working in Samhita Social Venture with the implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation department. I have done several internships from: 1. Prayas (TISS extension project)- working for the women prison inmates. 2. Ghar Bacho Ghar Banao Andholan- worked on a project on maternity health challenges migrant workers face in Mumbai. 3. Akanksha Education Foundation- school development 4. Health Promotion Trust- prevention and promotion of health in different sub urban cities in Mumbai and villages of Maharashtra. 5. Helping hands for cancer care- rehabilitation of cancer patients 6. Jagruti Kendra- Community development
CSR Interest & Background
I have a passion to work with the CSR sector as it reaches to many beneficiaries who are otherwise not reached. Also I believe in Change and to see vulnerabilities changing through several CSR activities and projects motivates me to work in this sector. I have done my Bachlors in social work and have worked with various organizations on several projects on areas like Health, Education, Livelihood, Skill development, etc.. Further I had done my MA Development which gave me deeper knowledge on how to manage CSR projects, partnership, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects .
