Professional Background
My specific expertise is in the management of sustainability, CSR, community relations/stakeholder engagement activities and community development projects/CSR. I have been involved in designing of integrated social development projects through participation, capacity building, local content and gender & development approaches. More than 15 years of work experience in managing CSR/social investment projects in consultation with local communities/local stakeholders, conducting research, program planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation and imparting training in the field of community relations/local stakeholder including community.

CSR Interest & Background
CSR work is my passion. I have been working in this field from the last several years and each day brings me new energy to create new thing in CSR. After completing my masters in Economics, my interest got developed while starting my career with community development. I stayed four years with remote communities in the northern part of Pakistan and closely designed community development project together with communities while working with Action AID, an international development organization. The work motivated me to improve my qualification in the same field and i went to Germany for doing the Post graduate Diploma in Regional Development Planning. After returning back from Germany, joined UNDP for 1.5 years. Since April 2004, i have been working with OMV on CSR projects.
