Dear Sir/Madam, I am Huda AbuKhoti, an architect, who believes that building design isn’t limited by aesthetics and luxury but reaches out to comfort, performance and environmental factors. My senior graduation project stressed upon comparative analysis in methodologies and categories concerned by LEED rating system and Estidama’s pearl rating system in the UAE, and what phases and aspects of environmental design both have stressed upon or overlooked. It was first theoretical then applied on a virtual mixed-use high-rise building project in Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
