Professional Background
Hesham has over 16 years of working experience and extensive knowledge of Aid industry, working in partnership with diverse stakeholders and teams, from local, regional and international organizations including the UNDP, GIZ, International and local NGOs, private companies, besides national and local government. I currently lead the outreach endeavors for virtual exchange programs in the MENA Region and far East. In addition I had line management responsibilities, of Cairo office, responsible for managing relationship with stakeholders and government. Throughout my career I’ve acquired different skills, including strong interpersonal and analytical skills required for thorough understanding of sociopolitical and economic variables in the region. Youth development, responsible business and technical support are my expertise.
CSR Interest & Background
CSR is an effective mechanism of development financing,a field that I proved 15 years of experience in Aid industry. Genuine CSR, both internal and external perspective, serves sustainability with its long term effects which is part of successful development programs.
