Professional Background
My international experience in India and the USA along with my various certifications in the field of entrepreneurship and social enterprise; has given me sound theoretical knowledge of the social development sector. And the field experiences gave me practical knowledge of functioning of NGO, social businesses and the arrays of CSR, CRM and SIA. I have earned a certification from Monterey Institute for International Studies as a Social Enterprise practitioner. I have had a rich fellowship and field experience in working with Magic Bus India as a research associate on the sustainability team, and working with Dhriti Foundation as a Project Coordinator, focusing on providing financial independence for women survivors of sex-trafficking. During my field I gained an exposure to community issues and the roles played by organization in working in development sector and shaping the future of underprivileged communities, economically and socially.

CSR Interest & Background
My work in India and Egypt gave me valuable skills (research, community mobilization, developing strategic plans, marketing strategies and conducting Social Impact Assessment) and practical knowledge, but beyond that motivation which I got to work for the people was valuable for me. I would like to particularly emphasize my research and business development related skills which I gained during my placement with these prestigious high-level organizations and SEs; whether it be in the field of analyzing potential donors and partnerships or be it creating an analysis list for future CSR policies that matches the aspect of the organization or be it conducting research on the use of PPI and its limitations in the developing countries and with MFIs to build a concrete impact evaluation studies.
