Professional Background
I am Ghazala Shaikh, 31 years old from Mumbai, India. I am social, interactive and empathetic person towards people who are deprived of justice and their rights. At the same time I am an analyst and good conversationalist. I also like to attend social and cultural events to bond with society and keep updating about social issues. With regards to my achievements, I obtained my career in social field as I was highly sensitized towards the humanity. I started my career as a Psychologist but I was also interested in community based work. Though, I gain interest in psycho-social issues of the community and their basic rights. I started working with grass root NGO to deal with human rights and psycho-social issues with deprived community. I gained experience and interacted with many adolescents and their issues. At present I am working as a Project Executive and involve in project development, coordination for implementation of project, marketing, presenttaions and represent NGO in nationla and international conferences conducted by UN bodies like, UNICEF, UNODC, European Commission and Governmnet etc.

CSR Interest & Background
I attend many CSR conferences in India and associated with organizations who are working on CSR. I think corporates and NGO can work collectively for the betterment of the society. Since more than 4 years I have been interacting with different corporate in India and creating awareness about marginalized population and their issues specifically issues related to adolescents.
