    Professional Background

I work as a confidant to people in positions of power. As such I help them understand the human dynamics of their working environment and to navigate their way through the internal and external politics of different situations. A PhD in behavioural science, diploma in psychotherapy, and many years experience in corporate and public sector senior HR management, get drawn upon in our highly confidential conversations.

    CSR Interest & Background

My work was strongly influenced by an early background in organisation development - creating excellent companies by developing exceptional workplaces. I firmly believe that someone who feels a passion for their work will contribute far more than someone who does not, and I see CSR as a crucial way for people to experience what might even be described as a spiritual connection with their work. As CSR has become a core aspect of an organisation's relationship with its community of stakeholders, so my clients have begun to want to explore their own sense of connection and purpose.
