• Directing the implementation of the organisation's strategy and goals. • Planning, managing and delivering projects and partnerships for major project initiatives and in accordance with the organisation’s standards and in a timely, cost effective, manner. • Leading Corporate Sustainability in the UAE while streamlining by sharing best practices globally and regionally, providing leadership and guidance to enable colleagues across MENA to manage projects locally. • Promoting community involvement as a driver of employee engagement through effective communication and volunteering opportunities in collaboration with leading NGO’s. Also, developing measures to engage and reward volunteers. • Leading a Community Investment committee with top management from across businesses and functions to initiate new community investment programmes for the UAE in line with the country's vision and strategy. • Managing the allocation of budget for community investments and the department. • Managing and analyzing feedback on project activity to help direct future projects. • Creating internal frameworks, policies and processes to ensure robust data is captured and a streamline approach to Community Investment • Managing compliance and developing appropriate due diligence processes for projects in collaboration with the Compliance and Legal department. • Showcasing the department’s success by applying to and receiving awards.

I am very passionate about helping create a better standard of living for those less fortunate and I believe that every organisation has the tools to do so whether it is through investing time, funds or assets. I also understand that an organisation that is socially responsible will benefit strongly from employee retention, customer satisfaction and brand image.
