Six years working in a global youth led organization, AIESEC. I worked in both the offices of AIESEC Egypt and AIESEC UAE partnering with corporations for different socially impactful and relevant partnerships that would engage AIESEC members, the community and the company's employees | http://www.aiesec-eg.org/. I am now pursuing a Masters Degree in Education and interested in how employee engagement with a companies CSR initiatives can help build attachment to both the company and the community.
