I am senior external affairs extractive industries executive with more than 20 years’ professional experience and management in corporate social responsibility, shared value, government relations, communications, successfully working in the areas of approvals and agreements, strategic planning, policy making, sustainable resource development, community relations, land access negotiations and also specialising in stakeholder engagement with diverse groups, cultural and indigenous affairs and training and employment outcomes. I have the ability to communicate effectively and produce great results through effective negotiations and engagement to produce win-win situations and resolve issues quickly and effectively through being in tune with government, stakeholders and community needs. My relationship management and social science skills and business acumen with sensitive issues have provided me with the success, drive and knowledge to achieve outcomes set in consultation with management, government, stakeholders and diverse cultural/ethnic leaders. My global experience includes senior positions in United Kingdom, New Zealand and more recently Canada and Australia working on various projects.
