Experience as CSR Coordinator in Motor Sich Middle East Company as well as working with Ukrainian Embassy in UAE: • Lead the planning and implementation of Motor Sich social (CSR) projects following standard motor Sich procedures • Build and manage the project scope, objectives and deliverables following a structured Standard. • Assemble and coordinate project staff • Manage project budget • Plan and schedule project timeline. • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools • Provide direction and support to project team • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all members of community and organization • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solution • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output • Project evaluations and assessment of results • Draft and edit Community press releases in Russian and English, and ensure having a proper media watch to track and evaluate just presence in the media • Liaise between the company , community and government to balance the activities. • Organize and Liaise society dinners , to coordinate with hospitality partners and company • Work alongside company head office to maintain funds pertaining to society functions • Actively involved in sourcing sponsors and partners to fund CSR projects. • Market research to find out CSR related activities happening in the city • Working alongside suppliers , negotiating better prices for tangible and non tangible services
