A mental health professional with over 14 years of expertise as Psychologist, Psychiatric Social Worker, Educator, Researcher and consultant who amalgamated theory and practice of psychology and social work to provide a unique approach in counseling, higher education, and consultancy. Current research interests are positive psychology, happiness & wellbeing, and smartphone addiction. Serves as a social expert with the Ministry of Happiness at the UAE.

I am a professional social worker, having worked with ILO and CSR initiatives with Higher Education and Health Industry here in the UAE. Currently, I am Interested in collaborating with the companies based in the UAE on a project on happiness and wellbeing. The objective will be to enhance the workplace happiness for the organization as well as contributing towards the happiness and wellbeing of the larger community in the UAE.
