CSR Interest & Background
Working on different projects for the Policy implementation of the Trust. Help develop and deliver various new plans and trainings for enhancing member’s skills and capacity so that they can carry out their programmatic activities successfully, strengthen the efficacy of their programs, and result in the economic development of their families. Development of public relations and communications strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness. Assist in the management of fiscal operations including budget development, modifications, track expenditures. Continually monitor the program’s financial health, expenditure and make necessary recommendations to the C.E.O. Maintenance and dissemination of information about the programs and initiatives .This will include consistent record keeping, providing written reports and developing regular communication with our Service Providers and the Donors. Preparation of a wide range of program documentation, including: Service provider’s performance, Profiles, Weekly Reports, Quarterly Program Evaluations and Reports; Follow Up Reports, etc. Providing feedbacks and conducting team performance review. Assist the Chief Executive Officer with compiling information and M&E reports as needed by the Trustees and the Donors on regular intervals. Monitor and Evaluation of partner organization’s program and grant progresses in order to best provide guidance/capacity building tools as needed to facilitate successful performance and adherence towards the Trust’s approach. Obtaining feedback (through feedback forms) from the members and the Service providers for smooth functioning of the trainings. Creating , Strategising and Managing all the aspects of major fund raising campaigns, resulting in the significant increase in the contribution raised. Providing Monthly reports to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of the Trust.
