Active member in conducting a social and security audits for apparel and retail brands Worked with KPMG India in Climate Change and Sustainability department as Executive - Ethical Sourcing I have experience in conducting environment, health, safety and social reviews at first, second, third tier suppliers and home based set up for brands/MNC's in textiles, apparel and engineering sector. Worked on multiple social research engagements and have been involved in the mapping and monitoring of the second and third tier levels of the supply chain for brands. Developed training content and conducted training on social issues in the supply chain Conducted a social monitoring programme for Swedish home furnishing brand across several states in several districts and villages in India.
