Professional Background
I possess a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, a certified trainer, administrator and CSR graduate from the JCI University USA and Health and safety Executive (HSE) Practitioner from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) I retains over ten years of progressive career development with responsibilities in various management capacities including: Business Development, Operations, Project, Finance, Public Relations and Human Resources Management and Development of well structured organizations with vast holdings in ICT, Engineering, Finance, Consulting, and Non Governmental Organization, with the inclusion of the Public Sector. During this period, I had a rewarding experience in administration, staff welfare, executive protocol management, work process, as well as business development in both the public and private sectors. As a Team Leader and Player, I have learnt and applied his Managerial knowledge over these years and has translated to skills which have facilitated efficiency and effectiveness at various duty posts. I have also been involved on organizing and managing various seminars, workshops, national and international conferences both in Nigeria and outside the country. May I also inform you that I am conversant with scientific and effective training needs and analytical tools that are customizable to any workforce configuration. To this extent, I have developed various training content to meet management needs. I have also developed various training proposal manuals in different areas of management, ranging from Human Resources, Financial Management, Project Management, Organizational Development/Management and lots of others. I have also being involved in the planning and facilitating of more than 750 hours of different training sessions in various capacities most especially in the areas of self development, organizational development, communication, entrepreneurship, business development, corporate social responsibility and human capital development in the last seven years. I served as the Executive Secretary of Junior Chamber International, Nigeria, where I was responsible for the day to day administration of the organisation. I am a member of various national and international organisations; amongst them is the NESG Governance Policy Commission, the United Nations Global Compact, Urban Habitat Society, Centre for Ethics and Values and also a member of Centre for Values and Leadership A Managing Partner at KNEWROW RESOURCES, a multidimensional management and training consulting firm and currently the Head of CSR department for First World Communities, Lagos Nigeria.
