In line with STC orientation to direct technology towards serving charitable works, STC inaugurated no.5021 as a unified call line to donate to Quran memorization associations, the first initiative of its kind, in this regard, during a ceremony held to herald, officially, the launching of this service through sending an empty SMS by Dr. Mohammed Al-Sumaih, the Supervisor of the Bureau of the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance.

On his part, Eng. Nawaf Al-Shalani, the General of Corporate Communication, at STC Group expressed delight that STC is the first to take the lead, in this respect, notably that it got to do with serving the Holy Book of Allah and standing by the its custodians, throughout our beloved Kingdom, he commented, pointing out that this initiative is an extension of STC long standing process of supporting charitable associations, in order to carry out with its commitment to corporate social responsibility and to comprehensively and permanently, extend it to cover other domains. 

Donations of STC customers, he remarked, serve, nowadays, more than 70 charity association, Kingdom-wise, a fact that reflect their confidence in STC reach-out to several charity associations as well as different segments of customers.

STC is keen, moreover, to transfer these donations to the beneficent associations, in order to facilitate their deliver to the final beneficiaries, Al-Shalani concluded. 

Donations via Jawal has open endorsed official channels to deliver them, easily, smoothly and safely, as they constitute a sustainable income for the beneficiaries of various associations awarded services, in the Kingdom.
