Shahzad Akhtar Khan, male, born on January 2nd, 1961, and completed m. Phil from the Centre for Development Studies, Swansea, University of Wales, U.K. in 2007 and post-graduation in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, India in the year 1988; have over 23 years of experience of working on rural and urban development projects related to poverty reduction, gender analysis, livelihoods, and good governance, MSME development and capacity building, cutting across multiple domains of the development sector, in many states of India and abroad in government, NGO and corporate environments.
I have completed number of assignments under CSR in India, such as CAIRN India, Wallmart and also attended National and International seminars and conference on CSR. I am a certified CSR trainer of IICA (Indian Institute of Corporate Affair)and also teaching one of the course modules in Birla Institute of Management and Technology, India.
