Professional Background: I bring along eight plus years of progressive professional experience in planning, implementation and monitoring of CSR&Sustainability programs ( Community, Women Empowerment, Youth and Children). My diverse experience that ranges through Corporate and Social sector had given me an opportunity to get trained in typical administrative structure and in the field operations of social sustainability and had further enabled to understand the multiple priorities of work requirements from these both worlds and positions me well to design, develop and strengthen the institutional engamemnt with multiple stakeholders including the Government and NGOs.

CSR Interest & Background: 8.10 years of progressive professional experience in CSR with advanced expertise in designing and developing strategies for the effective management and implementation of regional projects on Poverty alleviation through skill development, Health care, Nutrition, Education, Environmental Sustainability, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and Research Trials with NGOs in various parts of India.
