Rawabi Holding Talent Exhibit is linking with Liqaat, a Ministry of Labor and Human Resources Development Fund forum tasked with developing a comprehensive solution for Saudization in the private sector, an initiative also known as "job fair".

Liqaat will be the largest event of its kind in the country to address the vital issue of jobs for nationals.

The exhibit will provide expert advice on various career options available to the nation's youth and also motivate the youngsters to boost self-belief and discover hidden talents.

This advice can be life-changing in many situations, Rawabi says.

Rawabi Holding hosts professionals in different careers at the exhibit, held first at Liqaat and later in a highschool road-show in the Eastern Province.

Students drawn from Saudi Arabian and international schools in the Kingdom will take part in the show.

Liqaat starts in Riyadh from Jan. 25-30, moves to Jeddah from Feb. 29-March 3, before wrapping up in Damman from April 11-16.

Rawabi Talent Exhibit will have a strong presence at each event and will also visit schools throughout the academic year to ensure the career guidance reaches as many young people as possible.

Abdulaziz Al-Turki, group chairman of Rawabi Holding, said the company is totally committed to tackling youth unemployment.

"The Rawabi Talent Exhibit works to empower youth by encouraging them to identify their potential, and to motivate and assist them in channeling their focus and energies. This provides young people with the means to go on to a prosperous future,” he said.

Mohammed Mosly, manager of the Liqaat Program at the Human Resources Development Fund, said: "It is of utmost importance for the younger generation to get a chance to meet various career experts so they understand the mechanics of each job and the characteristics of all kinds of careers.”
