Chairman of the Executive Committee in Charity Committee for Orphans Care, HRH Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, has cherished and commended STC's role in serving the community.

The Prince commended the telecom company in an acknowledgement letter that was sent to the Group CEO of STC, Dr. Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al Ghoneim.

The letter brought to light STC's recent contributions in the Charity Auction for Special Numbers.

The auction, which was organized by STC as one of its many corporate social responsibility initiatives, attracted a large crowd and was a wild success.

STC donated total proceeds from the first part of the auction, totaling SR1,294,167, to the Charity Committee for Orphans Care.

HRH Prince Faisal bin Salman expressed his appreciation to STC for its generous and innovative contributions to society and commitment to community service.

Furthermore, the Prince valued STC's continued support to the popular Charity Committee for Orphans Care.

STC launched its Charity Auction for Special Numbers by which it offered a variety of very attractive and unique phone numbers, through its website www.stc.waseet.net.

All proceeds from the auction were donated to a variety of well-known charity organizations, such as the Charity Committee for Orphans Care.

The donation comes in line with the company's dedication to support and diversify the charities income sources, and in line with the company's vision towards adopting new social responsibility programs.
