Bank donates office supplies and furniture

Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) has donated office supplies and furniture to Qatar Charity as part of its on-going commitment to partnering with local charities that benefit under-privileged members of the community.
This is the second consecutive year in which al khaliji has donated furniture to Qatar Charity, which is expected to deliver the material to those who needed it most.
“Al khaliji is pleased to provide these donations and other contributions to serve members of the community and we are honoured to be partners with Qatar Charity which has played an active role in helping families in need, both in Qatar and abroad for years,” al khaliji public relations and communications head Abeer al-Kalla said.
Al khaliji has been in partnership for three years with charities and humanitarian institutions and organisations for moral and material support and to initiatives that fall under the bank’s corporate social responsibility programme.
This was done in addition to placing donation boxes in the headquarters and branches for employees and customers interested to donate some money to the charities.
