Textile industry is an important industry in Egypt and most of the social compliance audits are performed in textile industry, that's why this industry has its own circumstances such as working hours and on the other side of that the factories are committed to the customer delivery dates, or they will be charged back. 

Also this industry has critical problems just like the lack of local workers, absenteeism, high turn over of workers, miscommunication by the customer, migrant workers especially the Bangladeshi workers in addition to the problems that the factories face with the third parties auditors, most of them looking for doing his own business by follow ups.
