Why do companies decide to get involved in CSR, and how do they benefit?

greatly contribute to the sustainability of its business success.

I totally agree with you ..

In my point of view .. the more challenge faces CSR is how to transfer the CSR concept to local organizations that not working in exporting field or have multiple branches , in this case , the governmental authority plays a vital rule in both educating and monitoring the CSR performance in organizations

Yes you are also right, but in my country Lebanon, CSR concept still have to be more known by the companies.

Government have an important role in implanting CSR in her core and also in companies core, but as you know in Lebanese Government need a lot of changing.Anyway we aim for high always and we will never give up.
